Leasing of Villa Pebbles is for the sole purpose of residential housing of the agreed Guests, for the specific period of time, and for no other use unless otherwise agreed with the Homeowner.

Booking Policy
- Prices are listed on a per night basis for a minimum duration of 5 nights. (Some prices may vary, implying discounts or increases, depending on length of stay)
- Reservation require a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount at time of reservation
- Reservation deposit is refundable only if cancelation is made at least 3 weeks in advance of the desired check-in date; after this date, deposit booking amount is not refundable;
- Balance of total rental amount (70%) + a security deposit of Euro 500 - are payable at least 2 weeks in advance of the check-in date.
- If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges and to retain the deposit.
- All payments received are not refundable if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks prior to check-in date.
- All payments are done by bank transfer and should be received net of bank charges.
- Check-In: after 14.00 (unless agreed otherwise)
- Check-Out: before 11.00 (unless agreed otherwise)
